Sunderland is around twelve miles from Newcastle city centre, and several of our people live on Wearside. That means no travel charge on most Sunderland bookings, because we only charge travel beyond 15 miles of the worker's base. Washington, Houghton, Seaham and South Tyneside are quoted the same way. Same day is often possible, and we confirm within two hours who is coming.
