You choose every shift

We offer, you accept or decline. No rota you never agreed to, no penalties for saying no.

Paid every Friday

For the week ending Sunday, holiday pay itemised. If we are ever late, £20 a day to you.

Booked hours are paid hours

Sent home early by the venue? You are paid the full booked shift. Cancelled inside 24 hours: 4 hours' pay. Cancelled after you set off: the full shift.

Expenses covered when away

Hotel booked and paid by us, travel or mileage reimbursed, £20 a day for meals. You never fund a job out of your own pocket.

No secret scores

You see any feedback within 24 hours with a person to talk it through. Nobody is deactivated without a phone call and a written reason.

Loyalty pays

+£0.50/hr at 25 shifts, +£1.00 at 50, +£1.50 at a year. Uniform free. Deductions never.

Do I need experience?

For core roles, not always. We look for people who are reliable, good with guests and take pride in the job. Skilled, lead and chef roles need proven experience.

How and when am I paid?

Every Friday for the week ending Sunday, through PAYE, with holiday pay itemised on your payslip. If we are ever late, we add £20 a day.

Can I say no to shifts?

Yes. We offer, you accept or decline. There is no penalty for saying no and no rota you never agreed to.

What documents will I need?

Only after we offer you work: proof of your right to work in the UK, your National Insurance number and bank details for payroll.
