In August the Festival Fringe, the International Festival and the Tattoo on the castle esplanade turn the whole city into a venue. Pop-up bars open in courtyards and university buildings, and every restaurant and hotel wants more people than it can find. From mid-November the Christmas market and fair in Princes Street Gardens run through to the new year, finishing with the Hogmanay street party on 31 December.
Between those peaks, Edinburgh is a conference and wedding city. The international conference centre and the hotels around it host dinners and events year round. Murrayfield brings rugby hospitality in the Six Nations and autumn internationals, and stadium concerts in summer. In June the Royal Highland Show at Ingliston runs for four days, and across the Lothians, castles and country houses book full floor teams for weddings.

Under the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005, anyone serving alcohol on licensed premises needs the statutory staff training, recorded by the premises licence holder. Tell us at booking how your premises handles it and we make sure our people have it before they pour.
We can supply a travelling team for a run of dates, with the same people each day. Tell us the dates early, because August is the hardest month to fill anywhere in Scotland, and we will say at booking exactly what we can deliver.
No. Door supervision needs an SIA licence and we refer that to a licensed partner. We do supply stewards, admissions and event crew.
